Shipping policy

Delivery Time
                We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 2 -3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.

 In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and mail us at help@goktatos.com or whatsapp on 8148273270, mentioning your order ID. Kraots will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

 Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Cancellation

Order cancellation is allowed till your order shows pending status. Once it is processed for shipment you will not be able to cancel your order.

Payment mode

• 
  The payment methods that are available are cash on delivery and prepaid options. Kratos does not provide COD services for all pin codes.
  
• Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Kratos Customer Service immediately.

Out of Stock Situations

• Our endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

Shipping Charges

• Delivery/Shipping charges are free, if your order costs ₹999 or more.
